Shape specifications
Milling is used to cut round shapes or freeform PCBs (details A and B)
As standard, cutter diameter = 1.6mm
The minimum radius depends on the cutter used (detail C):
Cutter 1.6mm -> Radius = 0.8 mm mini
Cutter 0.8mm -> Radius = 0.4 mm mini
Minimum space between the copper and the edge of the card: 0.3 mm (detail D) When the PCBs are milled and delivered as unit boards, there is no residual attachment points. The shape is perfect.
